Everyone loves a Panini. Why? Maybe it’s the grill marks, or the gooey, melt-in-your-mouth cheeses. Possibly it’s the way all the textures and crunch work so well together. But on the Pressed For Time food truck, we like to think it’s our unique combination of flavors. Like slow grilled chicken with Havarti and raspberry mayo. Or, smoked BBQ pork topped with macaroni and cheese on local sour dough bread. We call it the “Bubba.” You’ll call it ridiculously good.


It took us a long time to learn how to spell Chimichurri. Now that we can, you’ve got to try our Argentinean smoke brisket panini on an onion twist bun.
